PF mold release agent is an aqueous dispersion compounded with special polymers to provide

a.) anti-tack,

b.) powder-free,

c.) uniform picking-up,

d.) low surface energy,

e.) few thin spots,

f.) and smooth coagulant surfaces.

It is designed for high-speed production lines, and can be effectively used at low concentration of 1 – 2 % depending on the nitrile formulation.

• pH at 1-2%: 9-12

• Solids content: 38-40%

• Mix well before use

• Add 1 - 2 % in dry weight

• Skin off any surface foam

• Prevent any caking formation in the coagulant tank

• Maintain constant coagulant level

• Maintain coagulant temperature at 50 – 70°C
