GlaSil® Coating is a polymer dispersion designed for high performance of nitrile surface coating. It can be effectively used at low concentration of 1– 2 %.
The coating surface:
a.) offers virtual surface roughness,
b.) seals pores in the nitrile substrate,
c.) increases chemical resistance,
d.) provides anti-adhesion during storage.
- pH: 10.5-11.5
- Solids content: 18-20%
- Mix well before use
- Prepare 1– 2 % in dry weight
- Keep the coating tank cool
- Keep away from heat and sunlight
