GlaSil® 3D coating is a polyurethane layer designed for enhancement in tear resistance, physical properties, sealing viral penetration, quick absorb sweat, visual textured surface of examination and surgical glove surface coating. It can be effectively used at low concentration of 2 – 4 %.

The coating surface:

• offers visual 3D textured surface

• seals pores in the nitrile substrate

• increases chemical resistance

• absorbs about 300% water of the coating layer

• provides anti-adhesion surface during storage

• pH: 10.5-11.5

• Solids content: 18-20%

• Mix well before use

• Add 2-4 % in dry weight

• Maintain cool coating tank
